Refund policy
Redifarms produce are perishable goods. Great care and quality control is taken in growing and packaging our items. Our produce is grown in an indoor controlled environment, and we keep our items refrigerated from the time of harvest through to purchases made. Once the product is purchased by you and transported off premise, we can no longer guarantee its freshness unless it was immediately placed in a refrigerated transport bag or container. If you believe that the item you purchased was not up to our freshness standards, please call us on +1 (908) 233 9277 or email info@redifarms.com so we can replace or refund the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
