Redifarms Baby pak choi, also known as baby bok choy or baby Shanghai bok choy, is a small and tender variety of the Chinese cabbage family. It has crisp, succulent white stems and dark green leaves which makes it a perfect fresh raw addition to any salad!
It is milder in flavor compared to mature bok choy and can be eaten raw as a lettuce or spinach replacement or used in stirfrys and soups. Delicious!
